French-Wheat Vodka

It may be better known for it's bubbly, but Champagne produces an extraordinary variety of heirloom wheat. When distilled into vodka, Champagne wheat lends it's delicate subtlety to the spirit. We think it's quite delightful in martinis, craft cocktails or just plain neat. Cheers.
